At Eseula, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. To provide the best service, we have established the following policy:

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect their order while the courier is present.

  • On-the-Spot Returns: If you decide not to keep the order, you must return it directly to the courier at the doorstep.

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that in the event of a return (not accepting the order), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to the courier.

  • Final Sale: Once the courier leaves the delivery location and the order is accepted, we cannot process any further returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings cannot be returned once the packaging is opened or the courier has departed.
