Thank you for shopping at Eseula. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location (Governorate). Delivery usually takes:

Cairo & Giza: 2-4 business days.

Other Governorates: 3-5 business days.
3. Inspection & Delivery Protocol

We encourage all customers to open and inspect their package while the courier is present.

If you choose not to accept the order after inspection, you are only required to pay the shipping fees to the courier.
4. Shipment Confirmation You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact number is reachable to coordinate delivery with the courier.
5. Undelivered Packages If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be cancelled, and future orders may require a pre-payment (Deposit).
